These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Offscript iOS mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Offscript, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Offscript is an educational app that helps you learn languages using a scroll‑based, media‑driven experience. The App may offer a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription that unlocks additional content and functionality ("Premium" or "Subscription").
To use Offscript, you must have a compatible iOS device, a valid Apple ID, and an internet connection. You must also be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf where applicable).
The App uses Sign in with Apple to create and access your Offscript account. You are responsible for:
Offscript may offer one or more auto‑renewing subscription products (for example, monthly or yearly plans) that provide access to Premium features. Details of the available subscriptions, including pricing and duration, are shown clearly in the App and in the App Store.
Important: Deleting your Offscript account does not cancel your active App Store subscription. You must cancel it via Apple.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Where a free trial is offered, you will be informed of the length of the trial and the price and billing period that apply after the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Apple may begin billing you at the standard rate shown in the App Store.
We may change the price of subscriptions or add new paid features in the future. If prices change, Apple or Offscript will inform you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before new pricing takes effect.
You agree to use Offscript only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. In particular, you agree that you will not:
Offscript, including all text, graphics, images, logos, and other content in the App, is owned by Shashank Shekhar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or its content, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
You can request deletion of your Offscript account from within the App. Deleting your account will remove your Offscript profile and learning progress from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Offscript account will not automatically cancel any active App Store subscription you have for Offscript. You must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Offscript is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the App up and running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or available on all devices or iOS versions at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shashank Shekhar and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the App in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, England, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may also notify you within the App or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of Offscript after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
